Rachel India True[1][2] (born November 15, 1966)[1] is an American actress.
She is best known for her roles in such films as The Craft (1996), Nowhere (1997), and Half Baked (1998).

Early life
True was born in New York City, the middle of three children. Her father is of Ashkenazi Jewish descent, whereas her mother is of African American heritage.
Her younger sister, Noel, is also an actress. True attended New York University.[3]
