    Michael Alleyne Becher was born in 1799.

    He was the son of Richard Hedges Becher and Mary Alleyne.

    He married Elizabeth Sherrard, daughter of David Sherrard, on 2 February 1831 at Glanmire Church, Cork, County Cork, Ireland.
